A retreat isn’t always a place you go. It’s a rhythm you keep.

This 5‑day online retreat brings that rhythm into your home. Each morning and evening, I offer 1-4 simple blocks:

1. Mindful Movement – yoga, Pilates, breathwork, or gentle stretch
2. Inspirational Food for Thought – a video or reflection
3. Journaling Prompt – one question to explore
4. Meditation – guided, with music, or silent moment to pause

You choose one, two, three, or all four. Some days you'll have 15 minutes. Some days full hour. Both are enough.

The 5 Themes: Your 5-Day at Home Retreat Journey

home-retreat

Day 1 – Ground

You can’t begin a retreat until you ground into present moment and your mind, body and soul. Today is about landing gently. Softening into your mat and setting intention.

Day 2 – Breathe

Your breath is the anchor that never leaves. Today we explore simple techniques to calm the nervous system and bring presence into every part of your day with mindfulness.

Day 3 – Expand

A retreat asks you to feel the energy. Pilates and manifestation exercise bring you back into your body, steady and strong.

Day 4 – Rest

True rest is active, not passive. Today is for slowing down completely – yoga nidra, digital pause, and permission to do less.

Day 5 – Integrate

The retreat doesn’t end here. You choose how to carry forward – because you get what you repeat.
