Welcome to your first day of the online retreat.

The Day Consists of four blocks. You can click from the buttons to the one that calls you, or browse this page do them all from movement to meditation.
Start your day with these four blocks. Mix and match what feels right.
You can repeat the same ones in the evening to fully ground into the same practice deeper.
Repeating the same practice morning and evening creates a deeply grounding rhythm. It's like learning a song: morning is the first listen, evening is the practice.
That's repetition. That's how habits form.

Did you know that a person breathes about 24,000 times a day?
When we rush, worry, or react in anger, our breath can speed up to 30,000 breaths per day.
That means we borrow 6,000 breaths from the next day and over a lifetime, those borrowed breaths shorten our years.
The ancient wisdom of the Yoga Sutra (2.49) tells us that after mastering a steady seat (āsana), we begin to regulate the inhalation and exhalation.
This is prāṇāyāma: not forcing, but gently controlling the flow. Patanjali didn't just promise a calmer mind. He hinted at longer life and better quality of life.
Slow, conscious breathing purifies the blood, delivers oxygen deep into the body, and keeps us looking and feeling younger.
The Bhagavad Gita (5.27‑28) offers a practical image:
with eyes half‑open, gaze fixed between the eyebrows, balancing the outgoing breath (prāṇa) and the incoming breath (apāna).
This harmonisation leads to control over the senses, mind, and intellect – and finally, to freedom from fear and desire.
Tonight, as you rest, ask yourself: Did I fight my breath today, or did I listen to its ancient, gentle wisdom? Even one conscious exhale is a step toward freedom.
Where in my body do I feel my breath?
Simply notice without forcing it to change.
What am I ready to release?
