The San Diego retreat brought together a group of authentic, kind and curious people from all walks of life. I went in with no experience with breath work and left amazed at this unique modality for enlightenment; John really shines with his breath work instruction. The structure of the retreat was perfect. What a lovely place, surrounded by nature, rice fields, trees and flowers! We loved the people running the place. Wayan and his wife made us feel like in a family! We learned do much about their culture. I had a small health issue and theydid their best to make me feel better, even took me to the doctor and prepared special food for me. BTW the food there is amazing! Homemade traditional food from the lovely cook. We definitely going back!
